Exel, the leading contract logistics provider in the America, was seeking a partner to help create a strong internal communications program promoting the benefits of its performance process. GRIP Technology's expertise in marketing, communications and online initiatives, made it the perfect fit for this project.
The objectives for the project included:
- Assist in communicating Exel's compelling story regarding its performance program to all associates.
- Leverage and reinforce Exel's internal brand.
- Enhance awareness of the company's performance program and help move from compliance to commitment.
- Break through the clutter of other messages that are received each day by the Exel team.
- Create a sense of community for all Exel associates.
