GRIP Enhances the Columbus.org Experience

GRIP Technology and the Columbus Chamber partnered together to rebuild and upgrade Columbus.org. The goal of the project was to position the Chamber as the leader in "facilitating connections" and addressing its objectives to helps business’ profit and grow (now and in the long-term), foster a pro business environment and advocate powerfully on behalf of all businesses in the Columbus region.

The site has been very well received since it launched in mid-August and has helped meet one key objective for the Chamber - As our workplaces become increasingly digital, we’ve committed to ensuring the experience you have online with the Columbus  Chamber is informative and adds value access to resources and increased visibility for our members.

Several significant improvements were made to the site, including:

• 1. Design and infrastructure that allows visitors to easily find information and navigate throughout the site.
• 2. Access to analysis about Columbus' local economy.
• 3. Integration of critical economic data and site availability directly into the site.
• 4. Member-only sections to update company information, stay informed and personalize memberships.
• 5. Ability to subscribe to Columbus Chamber news and download events straight to a calendar.
• 6. Online application for membership.
• 7. Banner ads to increase visibility for member companies and others looking to market to the Columbus community.
• 8. Young professional information, organizations and events.
• 9. And much more!
