Making STEM Education Work for Ohio

www.osln.org

GRIP Technology partnered with the Ohio STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Learning Network to redesign and redevelop osln.org. The site's goal is to create dialog and share best practices among key partners and organizations interested in building science, technology, engineering and mathematics teaching and learning capacity in regions across the State of Ohio.

Through working closely with OSLN, GRIP built the new site as a central location for finding information about the regional, state and national STEM landscape. It also was designed to allow visitors to share thoughts and opinions on STEM. However, this is just the first phase of the project and significant functionality will be added to the site soon. To help gather ideas, the site offers many opportunities for visitors to offer their thoughts and opinions on STEM. For example:

Visit the Lounge: Here you can provide your thoughts and opinions on topics the OSLN is researching and exploring. Get comfortable, we hope you stay a while.

Share your Feedback: You’ll see that many pages on our site have a link for you to share your thoughts. Maybe you know a helpful STEM organization that we’ve missed, have a favorite STEM learning site, or have resources to add to the page. We want to incorporate your ideas.

Contact Us: On the homepage, you’ll find a link to contact the OSLN. Your questions, thoughts and suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

The second phase of the project - creating the STEMShare portion of the website - will include the development of collaborative spaces and toolkits to help move STEM education forward from policy to practice, classroom to career.

Visit the site now.
