GRIP Technology has been extremely proud of our partnership with the Columbus Chamber. Susan Merryman, Jamie Timm, Matt McCollister, Ty Marsh and the entire Chamber team have been incredible resources and are incredible leaders for our community. In fact, the Columbus Chamber's Web site recently was recognized with PRSA's 2009 PRISM award for the best external Web site.

We also could not be more pleased with the results of our work together. What follows are just a few of the success metrics regarding columbus.org since the site was launched in February 2008:

1. 12,000 more unique visitors to the site, compared to the same period in 2007
2. 1.3 pages per visit increased to 2.88 pages per visit
3. 1:30 to 2:12 minutes spent on site
4. 10% increase in return visits
5. Positive feedback from membership regarding navigation
6. 1,522,748 times Chamber members displayed online, compared to 852,738 during the same period in 2007
7. 961 times Chamber members emailed through site
8. 64,799 times Chamber members mapped through site, compared to 1,371 during the same period in 2007
9. 1,647,331 times Chamber members received traffic through site, compared to 56,760 during the same period in 2007
10. 240 people signed up through newsletter from www.columbus.org
11. 1,000 downloads per month in data center in economic development section/month, compared to 400 downloads per month
12. 60 new members joined online between August and December 2008, compared to zero during the same period in 2007
13. 1,616 members logged into their company profile account to post a member to member discount, update their profile or pay their bill, compared to 91 during the same period in 2007
